Owner Dave Clark is an ASE Certified Master Technician with over thirty three years of experience with specialized diagnostics on Mercedes Benz vehicles. Dave has 14 ASE Certifications to include Certified Master Technician, Advanced Engine Performance Specialist (L1), Light Vehicle Diesel Specialist (D9), Undercar Specialist, Exhaust System, Parts Specialist, and is a Certified Service Advisor. Dave is also a metal fabricator. Mercedes Benz is Dave's passion!
Rick Rodman is the service advisor and primary customer care specialist. He has over 23 years automotive repair experience and 30 years service advisor experience. Matt Wing joined the Benz Den team in 2014. He holds certification in Automotive Technology, Electromechanical/Robotics and is a certified State Inspector. Matt studied Mechanical Engineering at USC and has been a technician in the greater Boston area for over 7 years.
